Prizes
Weekly prize: four Free Regular Sub cards. Monthly prize: one free Catering Box. Prizes are redeemable only at Jersey Mike's Subs #16066 at Assembly Row, 365 Revolution Drive, Somerville, Massachusetts. No cash substitution.
Eligibility and Entry
No purchase necessary. Open to legal residents of Massachusetts age 18 or older. Employees of 617 Subs, LLC and members of their households are not eligible. Limit one entry per person, email address, and mobile number per weekly drawing. Each valid weekly entry also receives one entry in the monthly Catering Box drawing for the month in which it is submitted.
Drawing Periods
Weekly drawing periods run Monday through Sunday using Eastern Time. Entrants may enter again when a new weekly drawing begins.
Winner Frequency
A weekly prize winner is ineligible to win another weekly prize for 90 days. A monthly Catering Box winner is ineligible to win another monthly Catering Box prize for 12 months. Winning a weekly prize does not make the winner ineligible for the monthly drawing.
Selection and Claiming
Potential winners are selected at random from eligible entries. A potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. The prize must be picked up in person at the Assembly Row location within 14 days of notification. The winner must present valid photo ID matching the name on the winning entry. A prize may not be picked up by another person. If a potential winner cannot be verified, does not timely respond, or does not timely claim the prize, the prize may be forfeited and another eligible entrant selected.
Free Sub Card Restriction
Free Regular Sub cards awarded as a weekly prize may not be redeemed on the same calendar day on which the winner picks up the prize. Cards remain subject to any expiration dates and other terms printed on the cards.
Privacy
Entry contact information is used to administer the giveaway and contact potential winners. Marketing communications are sent only to entrants who separately opt in.
